Terms and Conditions: Welcome to Markaz Annoor! By registering your child with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all students.
- Timely Pickup: Parents/guardians are required to pick up their children promptly at the end of each session. Repeated delays in pickup may result in a review of the student's enrolment.
- WhatsApp Communication: All parents/guardians must provide a contact number registered with the WhatsApp application. This number will be used to add you to the Markaz Annoor WhatsApp group for important announcements and information sharing.
- Withdrawal Notice: To withdraw a student from any programme, parents/guardians must provide at least 6 weeks' notice in writing to the administration.
- Fee Payment During Holidays: Fees are payable throughout the year, including during holiday periods, to maintain the place for your child in the program.
- Classroom Access: Parents/guardians are not permitted in the classrooms unless explicit consent has been given by the teacher in charge. This policy is to ensure the safety and focus of all students.
- Respectful Behavior: The use of bad language, exhibiting a bad attitude, or any form of abuse towards Markaz Annoor staff will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the program.
- Packed Lunches: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing their children with packed lunches and other meals. Markaz Annoor does not provide meal services.
- Admission and Expulsion Rights: Markaz Annoor reserves the right to decline admission or expel students at any time based on our policies and the student's adherence to our code of conduct.
- Behavior Expectations: Violent, harsh, or rude behavior is not tolerated. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children display respectful and appropriate behavior within Markaz Annoor premises at all times.
- Following Instructions: Students must follow the instructions of the teacher in charge at all times. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
Code of Conduct: Students are expected to treat all staff and fellow students with respect and kindness. Students are required to attend all scheduled classes punctually and prepared. Markaz Annoor is a place of learning and spiritual growth; as such, we expect all students to contribute positively to the environment.
