Access Control Policy - Markaz Annoor

 At Markaz Annoor, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for all our students. Our access control policy outlines the procedures and measures in place to safeguard our facilities and the well-being of everyone within our community. 

•  To maintain a secure environment, the internal Madrassah access is strictly controlled, and the entry doors remain shut at all times.

• We have installed a Ring video and audio doorbell at the entry doors to manage access efficiently. Please follow the procedures below when dropping off or picking up your child:
  • Drop-off: Upon arrival, press the Ring doorbell and wait for a staff member to come to the door to receive your child before leaving.
  • Pick-up: Press the doorbell and wait for the staff to bring your child to the door. Ensure you collect your child directly from a staff member.

• For the safety of all, please use the designated first-floor Madrassah internal entrance door for both dropping off and picking up your children.
• Avoid using the PlayStation entrance door by the roadside.
• Accompanying Children: Parents or guardians must accompany their child to the first-floor Madrassah internal entrance door. After pressing the Ring doorbell, wait until you have handed over your child to a staff member before departing.
• Safety Reminder: Do not leave children unattended at the door. This practice is essential for the safety of both the children and the premises.

• To discuss your child’s progress, please arrange a meeting with the teachers through bookings. Refrain from using teaching time for impromptu discussions to ensure that our educational sessions remain focused and uninterrupted.

•  Your adherence to these procedures is crucial for the safety of our children. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining a secure environment at Markaz Annoor.
